TOTALENERGIES MARKETING GHANA PLC CELEBRATES BUSINESS ETHICS DAY 2022

TotalEnergies marked its 8th edition of the Business Ethics Day on Thursday, December 8, 2022. This is an annual event celebrated worldwide by TotalEnergies and as such, the day was celebrated by TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC as well. This day is set aside to remind us of the responsibility we all have everyday towards putting our values into practice as well as creating a platform for discussion of important topics such as compliance, human rights, and fraud to ensure healthier and safer business environment defined by high ethical standards.

This year’s edition was on the theme Respect For Each Other, Everybody wins!

Management and Staff congregated at the Training room, others also joined the live session virtually, and a presentation was done by the Ethics and Compliance Officer Mr. Marcel ABLY-BIDAMON, with active participation of all Staff. The event was ended with a workshop which saw two groups given two separate case studies (one for each group) to be discussed, after which the findings and solutions were presented. The case studies were on Compliance (Gifts/Invitation) and Ethics (Discrimination).
