The TotalEnergies Card is a secure payment/fleet management solution. It caters to the needs of both individual and corporate customers through its wide array of features and flexibility of payment methods (physical card with EMV chip, virtual card with One time Password and Mobile Application.

The 18-digit number on the card serves as unique identifier of the payment method

Each card has a unique 4-digit pin to authenticate transaction

As opposed to the former system:

• The new TotalEnergies Card is Online! All transactions are processed and available in real time. 

1. Virtual Card (OTP based)

This is a virtual card that can be issued both from the card office and the customer’s extranet portal. The mobile number of the user serves as the unique identifier of the payment method as an OTP is sent to your mobile number as prompt to validate payment at the station.

2. Mobile App payment (Mobility Pay)

This is a mobile based method that can be issued both from the Card office and the customer’s extranet portal.  The mobile number of the issuer is the unique identifier of the payment method. You can download the mobility pay app on google playstore or Appstore and begin to enjoy your stress-free payment solution

Customers can opt for additional features based on the package they subscribe to.

For individual customers (prepaid only)  walk into any of our stations or the front desk at TotalEnergies house or fill  form on our website http://services.totalenergies.com , attach payment advice and your payment and a member of the card team will contact you with details of your payment method.

For individual customers we have B2C cards available in any of the TotalEnergies service stations nationwide.

1. You have TotalEnergies card
   1. Go to the nearest TotalEnergies station with your card, buy your Excellium fuel, shop or service your vehicle.
      1. Enter your pin or/or additional information when prompted by the Customer attendant and remember to take your receipt
   2. You have a Virtual Card (OTP)
      1. Go to the nearest TotalEnergies service station with your registered phone and buy your Excellium fuel, shop or service your vehicle
      2. provide the OTP sent to your phone when prompted by the Customer attendant to validate the transaction.
      3. Ask for a printed receipt or a text message receipt
   3. You have Mobile App payment (Mobility Pay)
      1. Download the mobility pay app on Google Playstore, or the QR code provided and follow the steps to link it with your registered mobile number
         1. Generate the pin on the app when prompted by the Customer Attendant and share same with the Customer Attendant
         2. Ask for a printed receipt or a text message receipt
         3. Note: the history of your transactions for up to 6 months Inare stored on the app

1. When you make a purchase using your Mobility pay App or Virtual Card, you have the option to receive a text message receipt or a printed receipt

1. Yes, each payment method has a separate wallet

1. Yes, if you have a card, you can get either Mobility Pay or Virtual Card in addition. However, you need two different phone numbers to register for both Mobility Pay and Virtual Card because the phone number serves as the unique identifier.

1. Yes, as long as they were created under one client or company

1. Payment method transfer can be initiated by the client using the function provided on the client extranet portal or a formal request could be sent to the Cards team

1. Transfer to your payment method is instant and can be used immediately for purchases. No need to update your payment method as transactions are online

1. You can load funds on your payment method at the nearest TotalEnergies Service station, by contacting your Customer representative or at the front desk at the head office of TotalEnergies Marketing PLC.
   1. You can make payment through Mobile Money transfer, Bank cheque or by cash

The new mobility business portal offers new payment method management options such as:

• The flexibility of transfer of limits from one card to another as long as it is within the maximum credit ceiling assigned to the customer
• Flexibility to assign vehicle id tags to one or more vehicles depending on your internal procedures
• Unblock wrongly entered PINs for users remotely from your secure customer portal login

• Customers can opt for real time suspicious transaction alerts to be sent by SMS or email to warn them about transactions that are unauthorized or too frequent

• Through the mobility business portal, existing customers can also order new cards, change card parameters/limits and download their invoices
