SAFE

Security Features include.

  • With Total Card you no longer need to carry cash.          .
  • Personalised 4-digit PIN code on each card secures your transactions. You can change your PIN Code anytime at a Total station near you.
  • Seller Codes allows transactions to be traced to the particular Customer Attendant who performs a particular transaction on every Totalcard.
  • Each Total Card can be assigned to a driver, a vehicle, or both.
  • For Fleet management, a card can be assigned to each vehicle or one Master card can be used for several vehicles.
  • In addition to the Personal PIN Code, Driver PIN Codes can also be as­ signed to Individual drivers who use one Card to iidentify who used it at what time.
  • You can be notified of any purchases that exceed fuel tank capacity of your vehicle.

  • Anomaly Reports that capture abuse of card usage in real time or on monthly basis.
  • Access to information to help in fuel consumption trend analysis and budget control.
  • EXTRANET-  web platform that gives access to your administrator to see all transactions on each Card created for their fleet.

SMART

Your Card can be customised with any or a mix of the following CONTROL FEATURES

  • Product Restriction-restricted to a specific product/service type.
  • Purchase Limit -restricted to purchase at set  intervals only e.g. once a day/week/month. Limits can also be set  to match your tank capacity.
  • Mileage Option- request entry of odometer  reading at every pur­ chase to track consumption per every 100 kms.  Alerts you when you go above the average.
  • Zoning- time  zoning sets the Card to purchase at  authorized times only  or within authorized intervals. Geographical zoning sets the Card to only purchase at a particular area or all areas. Our areas are  zoned into four: Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale.
  • Tagging - a tag is placed on the windshield of a vehicle so that the assigned card functions only on the presence of that particular vehicle.

FCC - a communication system that  links the pump delivery of fuel to the Electronic Payment Terminal (EPT)  and therefore eliminates possible errors or manipulation of figures by station staff.
