How to get a TotalEnergies Card

You can acquire the TotalEnergies Card at any TotalEnergies Service Station, the Head office in Accra or Branch offices in Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale.

Request for a new TotalEnergies card by filling the required forms with your specifications and load a minimum amount of ………at our customer service front desk.

Once payment is confirmed, your card is loaded and activated for use.

Using your TotalEnergies Card

  •  Inform the Customer Attendant (CA)  that you will pay with your Total Card.  Display your TotalEnergies Card Member Sticker on your Car to help Identify you!
  • Present your Total Card to the CA to check the status (validity,Products allowed, credit balance, etc) before any transaction.
  • Inform the CA about your purchase amount or quantity.
  • After delivery  of  the product/service, the CA will give  the Terminal to you to confirm that the entry made is the exact transaction amount or quantity.
  • Enter your PIN Code to validate the transaction: You may also enter the odometer reading of your car at the time of purchase if your card is activated with the mileage option. If you have a driver code,enter the Card code 1st followed by your driver code to validate the transaction.
  • If you enter a wrong PIN Code twice, tell the CA to cancel the process and restart. NB: If you enter a wrong PIN code thrice, your care/ will be automatically blocked.
  • The CA will return a copy of the printed Receipt and your Card to you.

NB: Do not give your PIN Code to the CA to key in for you! Key it into the Terminal by yourself. Do not let the CA see your PIN Code. Always check the details on your Receipt 

Re-Charging your TotalEnergies Card

1.You can load credit onto your Total Card at a TotalEnergies Station near you OR the TotalEnergies head office In Accra, OR at any of our Area Offices in Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale. NB: Your Card Is activated iimmediately upon loading.

2.  You can pay for this credit by Cash, Direct transfer, Bank Card or Mobile Money (subject to availability of this  option at the time).
