TOTALENERGIES GHANA PARTICIPATES IN A CAREER FAIR AT ACADEMIC CITY COLLEGE

In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8), which highlights the importance of decent work and economic growth, TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC recently participated in the Academic City College Career fair on the 28th of February. This initiative represents a cornerstone of our corporate social responsibility efforts and holds significant importance to our organization. By actively participating in events like the Career Fair, we aim to contribute meaningfully to the global economy while also providing a platform for potential graduates to explore career opportunities with confidence. The Career Fair was a vibrant platform that attracted both students and lecturers. Attendees took advantage of the opportunity to interact with representatives from TEMG PLC, seeking information about potential job openings and career paths within the organization. Students who participated were given thorough knowledge of the Company, its dealings within the oil and gas industry and the opportunity to vet their CVs with staff volunteers. In all, 73 students visited the TEMG booth and received information and branded goodies for their participation. Overall, the success of the Career Fair demonstrates the mutual benefits of collaboration between academia and industry in advancing the goals of sustainable economic growth and employment. Through continued initiatives like this, TEMG PLC remains committed to nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and driving positive change within the community and beyond.
