TOP SERVICE WEEK
Another season of Top Service gave Management and staff of Total Petroleum Ghana PLC the opportunity to interact with our customers. The week-long celebration was characterised by visits to service stations across the length and breadth of the country.
Management and staff of the Company offered customers who drove to the various Service Stations free under bonnet checks, tyre pressure checks, windshield cleaning amongst others. They also took the opportunity to provide maintenance tips to customers to help them prolong the engine life and performance of their vehicles.
The new Managing Director of Total Petroleum Ghana PLC, Mr. Olufemi Babajide visited the Tema Motroway 1 and Ashaiman Lorry Park Service Stations and was very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff.
Top Service Week is marked to help management and staffs receive first-hand information about the concerns of the customers and how the Company can enhance service delivery to meet the changing demands of customers.
Feedback was very encouraging as customers appreciated the company’s effort at continually improving on services and products within our retail network.
