TOP SERVICE WEEK

Total Petroleum Ghana Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company in Ghana and adjudged Brand of the Year by the Ghana Oil and Gas Awards, (GOGA2019), celebrated its “Top Service Week” by interacting with customers on the forecourts to show its commitment to provide exceptional customer experience.

The “Top Service Week” which is held biannually, took place from February 23 to March 1, 2020. Management and staff of the company visited several stations across the country and offered customers free “under bonnet service”, windscreen cleaning, tyre, and eco-services. They engaged in the active selling of Awango by Total solar lamps, and car-care products. Useful maintenance tips were also shared with customers to enable them to maintain and prolong the engine life span of their vehicles.

During his visit to the TOTAL Palace 2 service station in Accra, the Managing Director of Total Petroleum Ghana Limited, Mr. Eric Fanchini said: “The “Top Service Week” is very important to us because it gives us the opportunity to interact with our customers and know at first-hand what their concerns are. As a company, we place great value on the needs of our customers by being innovative and undertaking initiatives that bring utmost satisfaction.”

 “We are committed to renewable energy in Ghana. That is why we have so far commissioned 12 solar-powered service stations within our network in order to create an eco-friendly and sustainable environment for patrons. We have also partnered with other companies to provide additional services such as food corners, pharmacies, tyre services and ATMs aside our TOTAL EXCELLIUM fuels, Bonjour café, shops, car wash and lube bay services. Our aim is to make every TOTAL service station a one-stop destination for all customers,” Eric Fanchini added.

He also urged “all drivers to buy TOTAL EXCELLIUM to fuel their cars because it ensures optimal engine performance and lasts longer. Our range of lubricants are the best on the market because we consistently research and deliver top-notch products that meet international standards”, he finally noted.

Mr. Eric Fanchini interacted with several private and commercial drivers at TOTAL Palace 1, TOTAL Palace 2 and TOTAL North Kaneshie service stations and handed various souvenirs to them. The customers said they have been loyal to the TOTAL brand for many years because they trust the quality of products and services offered by the company. They also said they like the professionalism and great customer service provided by the attendants and urged the company to always put customers first.
