TotalEnergies Ghana Supports Career Development at University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR)

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, TotalEnergies Ghana attended the annual Career Fair organized by the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) on 10 June 2026. The company was represented by Daniel Danquah, Recruitment and Training Manager; Dora Gyapong, Employee Relations Manager; and Ernest Butias, Kumasi Area Manager. During the engagement, the team encouraged students to develop creative thinking, embrace entrepreneurship, and apply innovation as a driver of personal growth and national development.

The fair attracted more than 300 students and staff of the university, who engaged with the TotalEnergies representatives to learn more about the company’s operations and explore opportunities available for students and graduates. Many inquired about career prospects, internships, and employment opportunities within the company.

In addition to these interactions, TotalEnergies donated 100 copies of the Company’s history book to the university library. Students also received branded items including t-shirts, pen drives, notebooks, and diaries, which added excitement to the engagement and reinforced the company’s appreciation for their participation.

This initiative reflects TotalEnergies Ghana’s dedication to supporting education, fostering innovation, and empowering the youth to contribute meaningfully to the country’s development.
