Sustainab’ALL Day 2026

TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC marked Sustainab’ALL Day 2026 with a staff forum that brought employees together to reflect on the Company's sustainability journey and explore opportunities to amplify impact through the sharing of best practices and successful initiatives.

The theme of the 2026 edition, held on October 2, 2026 was "A Local Story, A Global Impact." It highlighted sustainability actions implemented across the Company and recognized the initiatives with the potential to be replicated and scaled up.  The theme encouraged every employee to draw inspiration from what is already working elsewhere, reinforcing the belief that a good idea becomes even more valuable when it is adopted, adapted, and deployed by other teams and business segments.

During the forum, employees were encouraged to think beyond their immediate responsibilities and identify opportunities to replicate proven sustainability solutions within the Ghanaian context. Discussions focused on how knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration could help accelerate progress toward our sustainability ambitions while creating lasting value for our people, customers, communities, and the environment.

The event also underscored Sustainab’ALL Day as an important step forward in TotalEnergies’ sustainability approach. By promoting the wider implementation of effective solutions, the Company aims to maximize the positive impact of local initiatives and transform individual success stories into collective achievements.
