AFRICA CUSTOMER WEEK
Having a strong connection based on trust and communication helps customers feel more secure and connected with a brand, and it can also lead to growing customer retention and your repeat purchase rate. In view of that, TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC dedicated a week to celebrate Africa Customer Week from 7th to 11th November 2022 with its cherished Customers.
The 4th edition of Africa Customer Week was celebrated with the active participation of the Management and Staff of the Company. Through the various activities, the Company obtained Customer feedback to help the Company to improve upon its product and service delivery. Company-branded items were distributed to Customers at the Service Stations nationwide to reward Customer loyalty.
Management and staff also seized the opportunity to share car maintenance and safety tips with both private and commercial motorists at the stations. Branded TotalEnergies First Aid Kits were presented to some of the Company’s B2B Customers.
More than Two Hundred (200) Staff Members participated in the Africa Customer week which was crowned with lots of fun and sporting activities.
