Total Ghana Sponsors Goldfields PGA Championship 2021

For the past eight years, Total Ghana has been a proud partner of the Gold Fields PGA Championship held at Damang.

The four-day tournament welcomed several professional golfers as well as amateurs from the various golf clubs in Ghana and the golf course was beautifully branded with TotalEnergies flags for the three-day tournament.

Day 3 was the perfect ‘TotalEnergies Day’. Golfers received goodie bags with amazing TotalEnergies branded souvenirs ranging from shirts, baseball caps, hand towels, water bottles, tees, balls as well as bibs for their caddies.

Among the participating golfers were the Managing Director of Total Ghana, Olufemi Babajide, Mr. Mawuli Ababio, a Board Member and Mr. Philip T. Sackey a Dealer of the Company in the Takoradi Area who was honored with a plaque for placing 3rd in the amateur men category.

The tournament was crowned with a brief closing ceremony where outstanding golfers were rewarded for their excellence scores.

The overall prize money payout at Damang was GH ¢100,000 with the winner Vincent Torgah taking home GH¢40,000 with nobody taking home not less than GH¢10,000.
